Lyncotek Venture Private Limited ("Lyncotek," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information of everyone who uses the CRM Lyncotek platform, including its mobile application ("the App"), used to manage sales leads, customer accounts, tasks, attendance, and related field-work activity. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices available to you.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.
The App is an internal business tool intended solely for use by Lyncotek's employees and authorized field staff, who sign in using company-issued credentials. It is not available to, or intended for use by, the general public. In the course of using the App, employees also record and view information about Lyncotek's own customers, sales leads, and business contacts ("Business Contacts"). This Policy describes how we handle information about both App users and Business Contacts.
The App is a workplace tool and is not directed at, marketed to, or intended for use by children.
When you sign in to the App, we process your username and password to authenticate you against Lyncotek's systems.

This information is entered and controlled by Lyncotek and its employees, not by the individual Business Contacts themselves.
We store the work-related records you create in the App, including tasks and comments, calendar entries, leave applications, and expense or reimbursement claims (including claimed amounts and attached receipts).
To operate the App reliably and securely, we automatically collect a device identifier, device model and name, and the App version installed on your device.
If you allow notifications, we use a push-notification identifier associated with your device to deliver alerts about assigned tasks, lead updates, and approvals.

We do not use your information for advertising or ad targeting, and we do not sell your personal information.
All information collected through the App is stored in Lyncotek's server database. We do not sell, rent, or share users' personal information with third parties for advertising, marketing, or analytics purposes.
The App uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), provided by Google, solely to deliver push notifications. Only the technical information required to deliver notifications is transmitted through FCM. Application data and user records are stored exclusively in Lyncotek's server database and are not stored in Firebase.
The App also uses Google Maps and Google Geocoding services to display maps and convert location coordinates into readable addresses within the App. Location coordinates are shared with Google solely for this purpose, in accordance with Google's own privacy policy.
We do not use third-party advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, SMS delivery, or email delivery services within the App.
We retain your information for as long as your employment or engagement with Lyncotek continues and for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including recordkeeping for attendance, location, expense, and Business Contact data (see Section 3 for retention details specific to each category).
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures, including encrypted network communication, to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All application and account data is hosted in India and remains under Lyncotek's ownership and control at all times.
The App is intended for use by Lyncotek employees and authorized personnel only and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
All application and account data is hosted in India and remains under the ownership and control of Lyncotek. As the App is used exclusively by Lyncotek's internal employees and is not offered as a public consumer application, no cross-border data transfers are performed as part of normal operations.
